Brian has been a club rider since the 50s. With the exception of a few years where he raced in Leeds and on the continent, Brian has been a regular with the NWCC.
These days, he rides his open races in Dublin at the vets race, usually with John McSherry as back up. The two are rarely seen out in public without each other.
Watch Brian in any group and get an education into positioning in the bunch. He is never in the wind.
