Noel has been in the club for many, many years, and his contribution to the club is legendary.
The originator of the McKinley 3-Day (now the FPM 3-Day) Noel was never afraid to do all the organising of a major stage race, as well as ride in the damn thing!
Winner of numerous open road races, Noel has also represented Ireland at the European Cyclo Cross Championships. A superb tester, Noel''s speciality was the 25.
Rides scratch whenever he can.
